1. Return Window: Items purchased from MarTech Supply Company can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
   - Unused
   - In the original packaging
   - Accompanied by a proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

3. Non-Returnable Items: 
   - Digital Products: Please note that all digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once a digital product is purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. Refunds: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

6. Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
